The Challenge: Outdated Infrastructure The original website, built on WordPress, had become a bottleneck for the company’s rapid growth. It lacked a functional Content Management System (CMS), making updates cumbersome, and the design was non-responsive on mobile devices. Visually, the site lacked the creative depth and modern "rebellious" energy that defines the AHG Lab brand, resulting in a digital presence that no longer accurately reflected their status in the ecosystem.

The Solution: A High-Performance Webflow Migration To bridge the gap between brand and experience, I led a full-scale migration to Webflow, beginning with high-fidelity prototyping in Figma. I engineered a robust CMS architecture to power their blog and portfolio of over 40 ventures, enabling the team to manage content with ease. By integrating GSAP and LottieFiles, I introduced sophisticated animations that brought the "disruptive innovation" theme to life while optimizing the site for SEO and mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless experience across all platforms.
