Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging me for a project, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms in a signed project agreement.

Services Provided

Lauvigne Lumeda offers web development, UGC strategy and content creation, and system development services, including websites, CMS builds, short-form video campaigns, creator coaching, automation, and custom software. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse any part of it. Unauthorized use may result in access being withdrawn.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, videos, layouts, and code, is owned by Lauvigne Lumeda or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without prior written consent. Client work shown here remains the property of its respective owners. Rights to commissioned work transfer to the client as set out in the project agreement, usually upon final payment.

UGC and Content Usage Right

For UGC engagements, usage rights (organic posting, paid ads, whitelisting, duration, and platforms) are defined in the project agreement. Any use beyond the agreed scope requires written approval and may incur additional fees. Sponsored content will include disclosures required by applicable platform rules and advertising regulations.

Payment and Billing

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in each project agreement. For UGC campaigns, pricing may depend on video volume, base rate, CPM or performance terms, and usage rights. Late payments may pause active work until settled. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To keep a project moving, clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information, assets, product access, and brand materials.

Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.

Respect the intellectual property and usage terms attached to the work.

Results and Limitation of Liability

I aim to deliver work of the highest standard, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as view counts, engagement, rankings, leads, or revenue. Past results shown on this site do not guarantee future performance. Lauvigne Lumeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services provided, including changes to third-party platforms or algorithms.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed up to that point remains payable. I may suspend or end services if these Terms are breached or payment obligations are not met.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be settled directly will be resolved in the proper courts of Manila.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and continued use of the site means you accept them.
