A studio site that finally matches the studio

AHG Lab builds and scales high-growth startups across Southeast Asia, but its WordPress site had no usable CMS, broke on mobile, and lacked the bold energy the brand is known for.

Rebuilt on Webflow, designed in Figma

I led a full migration from Figma prototypes to a Webflow build with a custom CMS for the blog and venture portfolio, plus GSAP and LottieFiles animations that turn static KPIs into an interactive story for founders and investors.
